The Large Oval House Garden Pod offers spacious and comfortable seating for up to 14 people across two generous sofas, making it ideal for dining, relaxing, studying, socialising, and entertaining. It features 100 cm wide lockable double-glazed French doors for easy access, along with five large slide-up-and-over polycarbonate windows at the front and back, allowing for excellent ventilation and stunning 360° panoramic views.

Inside, the pod is designed with comfortable perimeter edge seating and two integrated tables, creating a practical and social layout. Soft ambient LED downlighting enhances the atmosphere, while the luxurious water-resistant interior finish ensures durability and easy maintenance.

The structure is crafted from laminated, treated sustainable spruce timber in a curved design, complemented by a stainless steel roof that provides shade and reflects heat. The pod includes thick 75 mm cushion pads and stylish scatter cushions for maximum comfort, with a choice of seat cover colours available to suit your space.

For year-round usability, the pod is equipped with a powerful 2.7 kW heater with an integrated cooling fan mode, a built-in 24V Bluetooth soundbar, and a convenient 13A power socket with USB charging port. Surfaces are easy to clean, as well as stain-resistant and mould-resistant.

Dimensions & Requirements

The pod measures 220 cm in height, 460 cm in width, and 240 cm in depth. The base footprint is approximately 170 cm × 360 cm, with a minimum total space required of 250 cm × 470 cm. A hard-standing base of at least 175 cm × 365 cm is required for installation.

Maintenance Recommendation

To protect and maintain the timber, it is recommended to apply a high-quality wood oil treatment twice a year, ideally in spring and autumn.

A total area of 470 cm × 250 cm is required for installation. The pod must be placed on a solid, level base such as paving, concrete, or decking, measuring at least 365 cm × 175 cm. Professional installation is included for mainland UK addresses.

Ground Preparation Advice

If preparing a new concrete or paved base, allow at least 7 days for the surface to fully cure and settle before the installation team arrives.

Electrical Requirements

Electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. The pod is supplied with an internal consumer unit located in the rear cupboard. Power is fed through a compression gland positioned approximately 50 cm above ground level in the centre of the rear panel.

The unit is pre-fitted with both male and female 32A connection points, allowing for straightforward and safe connection.
