Inside, the pod includes comfortable perimeter seating paired with a versatile table that easily transforms from a coffee table into a raised dining table. Ambient LED downlights enhance the interior atmosphere, creating a warm and inviting space throughout the day and evening.

The structure is built using laminated, treated sustainable spruce timber arcs and is finished with a luxury water-resistant interior that is easy to clean and resistant to stains and mould. A stainless steel roof provides shade while reflecting heat, ensuring comfort in all weather conditions.

For added functionality, the pod includes a 2.4kW heater with optional cooling fan, a 24v Bluetooth sound bar, and a 13amp power socket with USB port. Premium suedette seating cushions are available in a choice of 17 colours, allowing you to personalise the space to suit your style.

The pod can be installed on level paving, concrete, or decking. Installation is included for mainland UK customers. Designed and manufactured in the UK, it is backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee for peace of mind.

Dimensions

The pod measures 230cm in height, 278cm in width, and 278cm in depth. The base size is 190cm × 190cm, with a required placement area of 290cm × 290cm. A hard-standing base of at least 195cm × 195cm is required for installation. The total weight of the pod is approximately 600kg.

Maintenance

To maintain and protect your Summerhouse Garden Pod, it is recommended to apply a suitable wood oil treatment twice per year, ideally in spring and autumn.

Installation

A 290cm × 290cm area is required to position the Summerhouse Pod. It must be installed on a solid base measuring at least 195cm × 195cm. Suitable surfaces include level paving, concrete, or decking. Installation is included for customers in mainland UK.

Ground Preparation

If installing onto new concrete or paving, allow at least 7 days for the surface to fully settle before the installation team arrives.

Electrical Installation

Electrical work must be completed by a qualified electrician. The pod includes a consumer unit located inside the rear cupboard. Power must enter via a compression gland positioned approximately 50cm above ground level in the centre of the rear panel.

The system includes both male and female 32A connection sockets, allowing for straightforward and secure cable connection.
